Meet our Founder
Ana Cristina Losada, known as Tina, is a specialist in recruiting skilled early years practitioners and educators for nurseries and schools. She began her career as an Early Years Practitioner, where she developed a deep passion for empowering both students and educators. Tina then pursued a degree in Psychology from West London University, which further fueled her commitment to the field. Recognizing the challenges schools face in attracting and retaining quality talent, she decided to transition into educational recruitment. By combining her hands-on experience in early years education with her expertise in psychology, Tina aims to make a meaningful impact in the sector.
